- 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm, Monday evening - Friday evening $19.67 Starting Wage Rate
- 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am, Sunday night - Friday morning $20.05 Starting Wage Rate
- B Shift: 8pm-6am, Monday night - Friday morning $19.87 Starting Wage Rate
As an Area Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of production talent in our world-class manufacturing facility.
As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for designing customer products in a 3D parametric model and creating the corresponding production drawings and bills of material. Your designs will be produced in our manufacturing facility, and you will be responsible for design support.
As a member of our Protection & Control Engineering Services Team, you will help create drawing packages for our utility customers.

The Controller of Systems Control will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function while helping develop financial strategy to manage the company’s growth yet maintaining the core values and culture that the company was built on. He/she will need to implement rigorous processes while constantly searching for value in areas aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This will require an individual who has a strong background in the fundamentals of accounting, accounting process and system improvements, internal controls, and is willing to be hands-on.
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will have the opportunity to build and help define the financial planning and analysis function for the organization. Working alongside the executive management team, internal and external stakeholders, and investors, this individual will take the lead in gathering and interpreting financial and operational data that will be used by the executive team and Board of Directors to make key strategic and operational decisions.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, this position functions as a key liaison between Finance and Project Management. This professional will lead the use of costing data to identify areas of potential margin improvement.

As a Project Manager, you will manage a diverse group of internal and external customers, providing extraordinary customer service by providing frequent, specific updates regarding current projects. You will ultimately be accountable for assigned projects from concept to completion; effectively managing project schedules and margins.
As a technical professional of Systems Control’s Engineering Services in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Iron Mountain, Michigan and Houghton, Michigan, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for designing solutions that transform the electrical industry.
The Senior MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) Buyer has significant responsibility for managing the MRO supplier relationships, contract administration, and execution of strategic sourcing activities. This position is responsible for the preparation and issuance of purchase orders for products and services that are used to support our manufacturing facility. The Senior MRO Buyer will also oversee the organization and execution of all aspects of purchasing and distribution of ongoing operations and CAPEX equipment while taking into account cost-effective solutions.
As a member of our Engineering Services Team, you will be responsible for creating substation drawing packages including one-line drawings, substation plan and elevation drawings, electrical assembly drawings, equipment manufacturing drawings, foundation and grounding plan drawings, conduit and cable routing plan drawings, cable schedules, bill of materials, and detailed electrical connection drawings.
