Successful candidates must demonstrate high quality and safe work practices, be reliable, and be willing to learn.  No previous experience is required and in most cases, on the job training is provided.



Machine Operators:

Operate a variety of machines which may include plasma cutter, laser, press brake, etc.  Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning as required.  Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.


Assembly Technicians:

Construct equipment enclosures and install building components.  Construction background preferred.


Fabricator Welders:

Weld and grind contract products and perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning of equipment.  Mig welding experience is preferred.


Wiring Technician:

Perform wiring, cable pulling, connecting, terminating, and mounting interior and exterior equipment.  Construction background preferred. 


Wire Persons:

Wire panels, install parts, apply nameplates, signs and tags.


Contract Assemblers:

Assemble panels and install components into panels.



Prepare surface, paint, sand, acid wash, and touch up all products.



 Required skills:

  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to use hand/power tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Attention to detail/Quality Oriented/Organization
  • Basic computer skills

Additional, preferred skills:

  • Reading of blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics


Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following shifts:

  • 1st:  6am - 2pm CT
  • 2nd:  2pm - 10pm CT
  • 3rd:  10pm - 6am CT
