    Compliance Technician iCIMS


    Are you a detail-oriented person who has strong organizational and analytical skills?  Do you enjoy establishing standard procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance?


    As a Compliance Technician, you will be responsible for tracking and communicating specification codes for review, design, and manufacturing. 


    • Perform COMchecks for all Equipment Enclosures
    • Ensure adherence to compliance processes for state submittals and contractor licenses
    • Complete and manage all state and third-party submittal packages in a timely manner
    • Resolve and submit state and third-party discrepancy reports
    • Reduce third-party plan review deviations
    • Assist in Compliance training for all drafters and PMs in the department
    • Support all engineering teams, interact with manufacturing, and manage external communication with State contacts
    • Create HVAC sizing and electrical load calculations
    • Interpret customer specifications and align with state codes
    • Manage building code list and assist in the planning of future updates
    • Research and report on State Contractor requirements
    • Maintain State Submittal templates
    • Maintain EE Engineering and Drafting Boards
    • Support Project Compliance Lead


    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering related field or Associate Degree with relevant experience
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks to meet timelines
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Ability to work and effectively interact with various departments throughout the organization
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, forward-thinking work environment
    • Ability to manage others
    • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints, and electrical drawings
    • Ability to run and interpret results for COMCHECK, HVAC sizing and electrical load calculations
    • Detailed understanding of Equipment Enclosure design and construction
