    ENGINEERING Group Lead


    Are you an experienced leader who delivers results through a talented, productive team? 


    • Act as primary Systems Control contact for team’s specified customers
    • Responsible for all functions of the team from order entry through product delivery including engineering and project management, including:
      • Product quality, safety, margin goals, schedule, maintaining healthy customer relationship
    • Assist project managers within team with customer interactions and interfaces
      • Coordinate/organize all customer visits and associated content
    • Drive performance within team to improve results
      • Align relevant group metrics along with associated data collection to quantify improvements and reporting to engineering manager and team dashboard
    • Lead team strategic goals related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery
    • Champion individuals to lead problem solving exercises/process improvement events
    • Ensure team members are conducting work in accordance with the governing quality manual, work instructions, procedures and standard work processes
    • Provide project management guidance and align technical resources when needed
    • Develop direct reports, onboard new team members, daily, weekly, and yearly coaching of employees to build an actively engaged workforce
    • Actively participate in the effort to identify additional services and product solutions for existing customers



    • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management related field or equivalent in education with experience
    • Minimum five years of increasingly responsible experience in engineering or project managed position in a similar industry
    • Experience driving strategic goals with guidance of direct reports
    • Highly motivated with excellent leadership skills possessing the ability to drive initiatives and produce results
    • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively align priorities to meet business needs
    • Skilled at evaluating employees’ performance in a balanced and consistent manner and providing training, direction, and support
    • Adept at methodically analyzing problems and making quality decisions
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, readily mentors across the organization
    • Ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers and suppliers
    • Proven project management skills
