    As a Mechanical Design Engineer with Systems Control, you will create state-of-the-art design solutions that enable the delivery of energy to the world. 


    Mechanical Design Engineer for iCIMS 


    • Design new products and implement improvements to existing product lines, resulting in improved manufacturability and performance
    • Specify and perform design verification testing as necessary
    • Perform product release
    • Design fixtures for welding, assembly and machine areas
    • Support Engineering/Manufacturing by fabricating and assembling prototypes
    • Research and specify new materials and vendors
    • Lead problem solving efforts in the office and plant
    • Answer technical questions regarding current and future products


    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
    • Minimum of 3 years manufacturing and fabrication experience
    • Proficient using solid modeling software (Pro-Engineer/Creo preferred), Finite Element Analysis, and MS Office Suite
    • Knowledgeable in Engineering Mechanics, Strengths of Materials, Welding and other manufacturing processes
    • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
    • Must be a team player, creative, and have strong hands on mechanical knowledge
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
